COVID-19
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have adopted some new policies and safety measures which will now be in place at the clinic. These measures have been taken both for the health and safety of our patients and for us. We encourage our patients to familiarise themselves with these new changes so we can keep the clinic operating as smoothly and safely as possible.
Thank you for your understanding and if you have a question, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Heightened cleaning regimes
Our clinic room, including all surfaces, door handles, desk, chair, couch etc, will be thoroughly cleaned between each patient with antibacterial and antiviral cleaning products. For this reason, we politely ask you to note that your appointment will begin and end promptly and will not be able to run over if you are late.
Payment
For payment, we are asking patients to pay by contactless methods where possible. If paying by cash, please pop your cash into a clean envelope.
PPE
We will be wearing PPE throughout your treatment. Due to the close contact nature of your treatment, we are asking all patients to also wear a face mask. We encourage you to bring your own in, however, if you do not have one, we will provide you with a face mask at an additional cost of £2. Please note, we cannot treat you if you do not wear a face mask.
Social distancing
We politely ask that you attend your appointment alone if possible. After reporting to reception, you will be directed to wait in our socially distanced designated waiting area from which we will collect you.
COVID-19 symptoms
If you experience any COVID-19 symptoms, presently listed as a fever, cough, shortness of breath or loss of taste or smell, within a few days of visiting the clinic, it is extremely important that you alert the clinic straight away so that appropriate isolation and safety measures can be taken.
